Samsung has finally unveiled the latest camera from the NX Series, the NX100. It’s the third camera in the NX Series and understandably, pips the previous ones with wide array of features. The NX100 is a mirrorless camera featuring 14.6MP APS-C size CMOS image sensor, 3-inch VGA AMOLED screen, sensitivity to up to ISO 6400, Smart Filter, 720p HD video recording, Sound Picture (records audio along with an image), geo-tagging with optional GPS module, SD/SDHC support and i-Function.
i-Function is a unique way to control the camera settings directly from the camera lens. Users can adjust settings like shutter speed, aperture, EV, WB and ISO just by using the i-Function button and ring on the lens.
Samsung will sell NX100 in three colors – Black, White and Brown and will be available at different prices along with user’s choice of lens.
