Rumor: Vodafone 845 will be the first Android powered Vodafone 360 phone

March 11, 2010 By Kunal Gangar 2 Comments

Vodafone-845

Vodafone is looking to expand its Vodafone 360 service to other devices soon. Allaboutphones got their mitts on some details and if we were to believe it, Vodafone could launch their first Android 2.1 powered 360 phone in May. The handset maker is unknown but the phone is known as Vodafone 845, which according to their source can be changed.

The phone is expected to have a mid-range price of around 150 euros and feature a resistive 2.8-inch touchscreen, 512MB internal memory, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 2.1, accelerometer and a 1200mAh battery. Since the 360 service requires an active data connection to make most of it, Vodafone will provide a plan with 1GB of free data transfer each month.

  • Vodafone 845 phone runs Android 2.1, identified as Huawei Joy
  • Galaxy S III Prototype leaked on video
  • RIM BlackBerry London surfaces, rumored for Q3 2012 release
  • Nexus S seen running Ice Cream Sandwich

Anyone who misses out on the obvious steroidal injection of investment opportunity
in both samsung and vodaphone is asleep at the wheel! Drop your fear of the markets sawtooth movement as
of late. The buying power for individuals in these two companies has never been better.
I bought apple when is was 68$ a share, that’s panned out nicely.
Samsung is working with Sony and Vodafone. Sony may jump ship with new mfg facilitys with Samsung, but,
Sony is dependant on Samsung LCD Mfg. Vodaphone and Samsung are in for the long haul.
Vodaphone covers a lot of the UK, India and their 360 service with the 850 phone promises
to hold a light on blackberry as well as the iPhone.
Make Yourself a tad wealthier! Go Get Some NOW! Happy hunting!!!
(Disclosure- I own a small amount (vs.investment hotshots) of apple and vodaphone.)
