Nokia has combined its Nseries N79 phone with Polar’s wireless Bluetooth WearLink heart rate belt to launch a new variant, N79 Active. There is no change in specs department as it still has a GPS, 5 megapixel camera, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi etc. The Active part over here comes from the GPS and bundled Sports Tracker software that will help to publish data on the web, geotag the route and Polar heart rate belt to monitor the heart beats and other details wirelessly.
The phone includes an armband, sporty headphones and a 4GB microSD card. It will sell for 375 Euros ($493) before government’s cut step in.
