Devices using NAND flash will soon be boasting large memory space if they opt for Toshiba’s latest 32GB NAND Flash innovation. It’s the largest density NAND flash chip produced and is fully complied with eMMC and eSD standards. Eight 4GB NAND chips sit on this memory which are fabricated with 43nm process technology. There’s also a fully integrated controller to overpower NAND applications for better efficiency.
Interested companies will be getting their share of sample chips in September and Q4 is set for mass producing these flash memories.
