We have already seen this type of hardware before. Plexeraser is used for the same purpose but unfortunately it is not portable as this little gadget from Elecom happens to be. The purpose is still the same eliminating all the cons of Plexeraser. Dubbed as SCR-CD001, this USB device can erase data from the CD or DVD making it unreadable in just five seconds. Cool enough.
