NEC will soon reveal one of world’s thinnest Android phone. The MEDIAS N-04C is rumored to be announced with NTT DoCoMo this Friday and will have a girth of just 7.7mm. Despite the thin form factor, N-04C will boast a 4-inch display (unconfirmed if AMOLED or TFT), Android 2.2 OS, 1Seg TV tuner, NFC and will come in two colors – black and white.
