Nokia’s patent battle with Apple continues as they’ve filed another complaint against Apple for infringing five “important Nokia patents”.

Nokia’s complaint now also includes iPad 3G and the patents supposedly infringed by Apple are related to enhanced speech and data transmission, using positioning data in applications and innovations in antenna configurations that improve performance and save space, allowing smaller and more compact devices.

Nokia’s patent war with Apple has been going since September last year where the Finnish company sued and was countersued by Apple three months later. It will be interesting to see Apple’s reply now. Another countersue?
