Samsung has launched Anycall Clutch (SPH-W9500) in its homeland that looks to be a variant of globally available S7070 Diva phone. The phone has the same quilted back but goes for a different diamond shaped home button and just in case if you’re wondering about the name, the phone’s called Clutch because of its resemblance to Clutch bags.
It runs TouchWiz 2.0 UI but Samsung calls it Lady UI mainly because of features like meeting scheduler, party planner, an app to key in weight, calories, SOS and a feature to transform the LCD into a mirror.
As for detailed specs, the phone features a 3.2-inch touchscreen display, 3G, 3MP main camera with 3D motion picture feature, 1.3MP front facing camera for video conferencing, T-DMB, SOS, Bluetooth, e-dictionary, GPS and microSD card slot supporting up to 16GB. It has a 960mAh battery and is capable to give about 6 hours of talk time and 450 hours standby on 3G whereas over 8 hours of talk time and 500 hours of standby under GSM.
It will come in three colors – Pink, Silver and Black on KT for 600,000 won (US$523).
