After suing Apple in Delaware’s District Court, Nokia has knocked the doors of ITC alleging Apple to infringe “virtually all” of its patents related to mobile phones, PMPs and computers.
Nokia has requested the US ITC to probe in the infringing patents, which Nokia believes are key to success for them in areas of UI, camera, antenna and power management capabilities.
Patent Licensing GM at Nokia, Paul Melin says “the ITC case filed today is about Apple’s practice of building its business on Nokia’s proprietary innovation.”
Earlier this month, Apple had countersued Nokia refuting all its claims.
