Another chapter unfolded in the Apple-Nokia saga. Apple has now complained to the US ITC – government agency protecting unfair trade practices in US that Nokia products infringes on Apple patents and wants to ban all Finnish company’s imported products in the United States.

Both the companies have been entangled in a patent infringement battle since October 2009 and if these developments are any indication, the battle is bound to get more messy in the coming months.

Nokia first sued Apple in a federal court, on which Apple countersued. Later last month, Nokia filed a complaint with the ITC to stop imports of all Apple products but ITC is yet to agree to investigate in Nokia’s claims.
