Nokia 5230 ready to fight against other cheap touchscreen devices

Out of nowhere Nokia today dropped another touchscreen device that could be termed as the cheapest Nokia touchscreen in recent times. In fact, it’s priced to take on other cheap touchscreen phones like Samsung Star. Coming with colorful interchangeable back covers, the 5230 boasts a 3.2-inch touchscreen with the same S60 v5 OS found in 5800XM, 5530XM and N97, The phone offers HSDPA connectivity, Ovi Store integrated onto the home screen, A-GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack, microSD card slot up to 16GB, 2MP camera and Bluetooth 2.0.
5230 will be available in the last quarter of this year soon in two variants – a 149 Euros ($210) standard version and 259 Euros ($370) version with Comes With Music service.
