First ZTE VF 1231 official image surfaces

Looks like the first official picture of ZTE’s VF1231 has emerged. The image clearly shows the phone running on Windows Mobile (mostly 6.1) and has the GSM and EDGE housed on the same chip. I don’t think there will be a customized UI considering its cheap price tag. The phone will be officially unveiled at the MWC.
