During the video call, you can see the specialist, but they can’t see you, ensuring your privacy is always protected. You can ask questions, get a closer look at the products, and learn about their features in detail.

This service is not just about getting a product demo. The specialists can also help you with:

Exploring the latest products:
Get a personalized tour of the new iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Pro, and other Apple devices.
Understanding features: Learn about the new Apple Intelligence, improved battery life in the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max, and other advanced features.
