Apple-Shop-with-a-Specialist-over-Video-IN

Apple has just announced a new and innovative way for customers in India to shop for their favourite products. The company has launched “Shop with a Specialist over Video,” a service that brings the premium Apple Store experience right into your home. This new service allows you to connect with an Apple Specialist for a personalized shopping session, all through a secure, one-way video call.

With “Shop with a Specialist over Video,” you can now get expert advice and guidance on all Apple products, including the latest iPhone 16 lineup, without leaving your home. During the video call, you can see the specialist, but they can’t see you, ensuring your privacy is always protected. You can ask questions, get a closer look at the products, and learn about their features in detail.

This service is not just about getting a product demo. The specialists can also help you with:

Exploring the latest products:
Get a personalized tour of the new iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Pro, and other Apple devices.
Understanding features: Learn about the new Apple Intelligence, improved battery life in the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max, and other advanced features.
Trade-in and financing options: The specialists can guide you through the process of trading in your old device and help you explore the available financing options.

How to Use the Service

The “Shop with a Specialist over Video” service is available on the Apple Store online in India. The service is available in English from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. IST, Monday to Friday. You can access the service from any device, whether you are using an iOS device or not.

For Apple, India is a key market and the second country in the world to get this innovative new service, highlighting Apple’s growing focus on the Indian market. This move is part of Apple’s broader strategy to expand its retail presence in the country and provide customers with a seamless and personalized shopping experience.
