ASUS ROG brings the 42-inch Swift OLED series gaming monitor in India

ASUS ROG Gaming Monitor
ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) introduces the 42-inch Swift OLED series gaming monitor. This display boasts the latest generation OLED panel, promising enhanced efficiency and brighter visuals. The sub-pixel layout ensures an unprecedented level of detail and razor-sharp text for an elevated viewing experience.

The 42-inch ROG Swift OLED PG42UQ is engineered to deliver an unparalleled gaming experience, offering 4K visuals at an overclocked 138 Hz refresh rate. The OLED panel guarantees the deepest blacks and vibrant colours, with an impressive 98% DCI-P3 colour gamut and Delta E<2 color difference. Plus, the ultrafast 0.1 ms (GTG) response time guarantees exceptional viewing and gaming experiences. To further enhance performance and longevity, the ROG Swift OLED PG42UQ features a custom heatsink design that maximizes heat exchange, resulting in up to 8% lower operating temperatures compared to standard ROG monitors.

Unlike traditional glossy OLED panels, ROG OLED gaming monitors incorporate a special anti-glare micro-texture coating, reducing reflections and minimizing distractions. Additionally, an optional uniform brightness setting ensures consistent display brightness, even during intense gaming sessions or when transitioning between different content.

For gamers seeking an epic desktop gaming setup, these G-SYNC-compatible displays offer an astounding 4K resolution (3840 x 2160) at an overclocked 138 Hz refresh rate. Both monitors are equipped with a custom heatsink that efficiently cools the OLED panel, ensuring optimal performance and preventing image burn-in during extended gaming sessions.

The ROG Swift OLED PG42UQ showcases the latest OLED technology, combining exceptional energy efficiency with remarkable contrast. The sub-pixel layout guarantees incredibly detailed visuals and sharp text for an unparalleled viewing experience. It is also the world’s first OLED gaming monitor to feature an anti-glare micro-texture coating, minimizing reflections and reducing onscreen distractions.

With a contrast ratio of 1,500,000:1, a 98% DCI-P3 color gamut, and Delta E<2 color difference, the OLED panel delivers true-to-life colors and deepest black shades. Both monitors support HDR10 and offer True 10-bit color depth. With an almost instantaneous 0.1 millisecond response time, motion blur is virtually eliminated. The PG42UQ provides a comprehensive range of connectivity options, including DisplayPort 1.4, two HDMI 2.1 ports with 48 Gbps bandwidth, and two HDMI 2.0 ports. Additionally, it features a USB hub and a tripod socket for versatile device connections. To complete the immersive gaming experience, the PG42UQ comes equipped with two SOUND BY Harman Kardon 10-watt front speakers, accompanied by a 15-watt woofer, ensuring impeccable audio fidelity. Priced at an MRP of Rs. 1,89,999, the ROG Swift OLED PG42UQ will be available at authorized ASUS stores and retail partners. Please contact your local ASUS representative for further information.
