Colorful has launched a new gamer-centric laptop. Despite the slim aluminium alloy chassis, the EVOL X16 PRO from Colorful packs decent power to play through the new graphic-demanding games. It comes with two processor options – the 13th Gen Intel Core i7-13700H or can go with the all-powerful Core i9-13900H (available later). Handling the graphics department is Nvidia’s latest 4000 series and while the RTX 4050 and RTX 4070 SKUs will be available at a later date, the laptop can be bought right now with the RTX 4060 onboard.
On the display side, it features a 16-inch QHD 240Hz IPS display that supports Nvidia G-SYNC and comes with 16GB of DDR5-4800MHz memory that is expandable up to 64GB, 512GB NVMe SSD with an empty M.2 slot for storage expansion, USB-C Thunderbolt 4 port, 2.5 GbE LAN port, Wi-Fi 6E, RGB backlit keyboard and Sound Blaster Cinema 6+ audio.
The laptop also comes with a dynamic thermal solution that includes dual cooling fans and a vapour chamber cooling. Additionally, the One-Key Cooling Mode allows users to adjust the cooling performance by pressing Fn+1.
The laptop will not sell in India but it is available right now on Aliexpress for $2,499.
