OnePlus 7T launched in India, starts from Rs. 37,999

September 26, 2019 By Anish 1 Comment

The series of leaks for OnePlus 7T revealed it all. However, today the company launched the OnePlus 7T officially in India. The high-end sibling, OnePlus 7T Pro will be launched in the UK in October. The OnePlus 7T is an upgrade to the OnePlus 7 and of course can be a better buy than the current OnePlus 7 Pro due to its pricing vis-a-vis its configuration. The OnePlus 7T is powered by Snapdragon 855+ processor and comes in two variants, the 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB. The display of the OnePlus 7T is 6.55-inch Fluid AMOLED display with FHD+ (2,400 x 1,080 pixels) resolution. The display also has a 90Hz refresh rate as like the current OnePlus 7 phones. OnePlus 7T features HDR10+. The notch is similar to the OnePlus 7, however, OnePlus claims that it is now 31.46 percent smaller.

The rear has a triple camera setup in a circular design which reminds us of Motorola phones. The rear primary camera is 48-megapixel with Sony IMX586 sensor and features OIS for pictures and EIS for videos. The second camera is 12-megapixel telephoto and the 16-megapixel ultra-wide lens. The OnePlus 7T comes with Android 10 out-of-the-box. OnePlus also announced its cloud storage service, OnePlus Cloud Gallery. OnePlus users will get 5GB free storage space whereas, buyers of OnePlus 7T will get additional 50GB only for the first year. The battery of OnePlus 7T is 3800mAh and supports Warp Charge 30T which is enhanced as compared to OnePlus 7 and 7 Pro. It can charge the battery from 0 to 70 percent in just 30 minutes.

The 8GB+128GB variant will retail for Rs. 37,999 and the 8GB+256GB variant will retail for Rs. 39,999. The 256GB version makes a better choice as it provides double storage by spending Rs. 2,000 more. Besides during Amazon Great Indian Festival, one can get a discount of 10% using SBI cards. The phone will be available for purchase from 28 September on Amazon India and OnePlus.in.
