Fenix 3 is the new multisport GPS watch by Garmin. The rose gold-tone watch with brown genuine leather band offers an innovative and stylish timepiece design. In terms of multisport activities, it supports fitness training, alpine skiing, snowboarding, cross-country training, hiking, climbing and trail running.
The watch features scratch-resistant sapphire lens, stainless steel bezel and sunlight readable high-resolution colour display. The new omni-directional steel EXO antenna, paired with GLONASS and EPO, provides an even faster fix and accurate position than GPS alone. Water rated to 100 meters, Fenix 3 can withstand swimming and other water activities without fear of damage. It boasts 20 hours of battery life in GPS mode, 50 hours in UltraTrac mode and six weeks in watch mode.
The Basic watch functions include alarms, tones, vibration alerts, timer and stopwatch. Users can also choose from a variety of analog and digital watch faces to suit style and personal preferences.
Fenix 3 when paired with heart rate monitor can estimate user’s fitness level and based on this calculation, predict race times. It can also calculate recovery time and perform a recovery check after intense workouts.
Like any other smartwatch, Fenix 3 can also be paired with the smartphone to receive call, text and email alerts.
Fenix 3 is priced at Rs. 84,999 and is available in select stores.
