Sony brings NW-A25 Hi-Res Walkman to India

The digital audio player market has greatly diminished with the surge in the use of smartphones but if you’re looking for something that can play hi-res audio files at an affordable price, Sony has launched its NW-A25 Walkman. The music player is capable of playing up to 192kHz/24-bit audio and is equipped with DSEE HX(Digital Sound Enhanced Engine HX) to upscale regular content to hi-res. It also features LDAC to maintain the same audio quality when streaming songs on the Bluetooth headphones and boasts up to 30 hours of battery life with hi-res songs or up to 50 hours with normal ones.

The NW-A25 also comes with NFC, 16GB internal memory with an expandable microSD card slot, FM Radio, digital noise cancelling, 5-band equaliser and more.

The player is available now in India in multiple colours for Rs. 13,990.
