Xiaomi in China announced the Redmi 3 with Snapdragon 616 Octa-core processor, 16GB ROM, 2GB RAM with external storage support. The device features a 5-inch screen and is powered by 4100 mAh battery for long lasting hours. The main camera is 13-megapixel with 0.1s ultra-fast PDAF (Phase Detection Auto Focus) and the front camera is 5-megapixel.
Redmi 3 supports dual sim dual standby or for those who want to use only one sim card and prefer more storage on the phone, may insert TransFlash card up to 128GB in second sim card slot. The device certainly looks premium with the back of the device plaid in design.
