Both models include the M8 motion coprocessor that enables health and fitness application by gathering motion data from the accelerometer, gyroscope, compass and barometer; feature an advanced iSight 8 megapixel HD camera that supports Focus Pixels for faster autofocus and optical image stabilization technology. Additionally the camera can record videos with faster frame rates up to 60fps for 1080p video and 240fps for slo-mo, as well as continuous autofocus, cinematic video stabilization and time-lapse video while the 1.2 megapixel FaceTime HD camera is able to capture over 80 percent more light with a new sensor, larger f/2.2 aperture and advanced new features including burst mode and HDR video.
