Asus Zenfone 4 (A450CG) now on pre-order for Rs. 6,999

Asus Zenfone 4 A450CG

Over the weekend, Flipkart – the exclusive seller for Asus Zenfones started accepting pre-orders of Asus’ upcoming budget Zenfone 4 (A450CG). The phone is also known as Zenfone 4.5 internationally and though there’s no exact release date (estimated shipping is first week of September), interested consumers can pre-order it for Rs. 6,999.

Things that sets this Zenfone 4 apart from the A400CG variant is the inclusion of an LED flash, higher 8 megapixel resolution, larger 4.5-inch display with 854×480 resolution support, larger 1750mAh battery and Android 4.4 out of the box.

The Zenfone 4’s (A450CG) release is nicely timed considering Xiaomi’s Redmi 1S and the new Moto (G and E series) phones are expected to go on sale sometime in September.
