Huawei announces Ascend G510 and Y300 smartphones in India

Huawei Ascend G510

Huawei has announced two affordable Android devices for the Indian market. The Ascend G510 and Y300 are powered by dual-core processors, Android 4.1 OS with Huawei’s Emotion UI and are priced around Rs. 10,990 and Rs. 7,980 respectively.

On the hardware side, the Ascend G510 features 1.2GHz Qualcomm dual-core processor, 512MB RAM, 4.5-inch FWVGA 854×480 resolution, 5MP rear-facing camera with front-facing VGA camera, 4GB internal memory and microSD card slot up to 32GB. It has a 1750mAh battery.

Huawei Ascend Y300

The Y300 is spec’d similar to the G510 but comes with a smaller 4-inch with WVGA resolution support, 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU and 1730mAh battery.
