Nvidia announces GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST

Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost

Nvidia today announced a new GeForce GPU that promises to give good performance at an affordable price. Enter the GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST that gives gamers a 1080p experience without breaking the bank.

The GPU is equipped with 768 CUDA cores and brings in GPU boost that operates at speeds above 1GHz along with SLI support allowing users to add a second GTX 650 Ti BOOST to double the performance.

Nvidia says the new GTX 650 Ti BOOST offers 6 times improved gaming performance compared to a 2011 GTX 550 Ti and even claims to pip AMD’s Radeon 7850 by 12 percent.

Rounding up the specs, GTX 650 Ti BOOST features 2GB GDDR5 memory, dual DVI, HDMI and Displayport 1.2.

The GeForce GTX 650 Ti pricing starts from $149 in US and will sell for Rs. 10,499 (1GB) and Rs. 11,999 (2GB) in India.
