
Google chairman Eric Schmidt is on a visit to India and when asked about why Google Now – revolutionary search feature found on Android – is not on iOS, he proclaimed to “ask Apple” about the status of the iOS app.
However, as it turns out, Google is yet to submit their Google Now app to Apple for approval. John Paczkowski from AllThingsD tweets that Google hasn’t submitted the app whereas The Verge got a confirmation from Apple that none of the Google apps are waiting for a review.
Google: “We have not submitted Google Now to Apple’s App Store.”
