Google allows Indian Android developers to sell paid apps

Noticing a massive surge in the uptake of the Android OS in the Indian market, Google has opened a new avenue for Indian developers to earn by allowing to sell paid apps, in-app products and subscriptions in Google Play. Developers will be able to take advantage of all the tools available by Google to monetize and publicize their app and will be paid monthly to their local bank accounts.

Furthermore, Google has also added Indian Rupees as a currency for buyers, which means app buyers will be charged in INR instead of USD, which was the case previously.
