Most 3G USB dongles can connect only the PC which it the dongle is plugged into but Huawei’s E355 goes a step further by integrating Wi-Fi functionality. The data card from Huawei not only works as a regular 3G USB dongle but also allows to connect up to 5 Wi-Fi-enabled devices. Or if you fancy, the dongle can work as a standalone 3G router by plugging it to a power source with the help of an adapter.
The E355 supports fast HSPA+ 21Mbps download speeds and is equipped with Type3i technology that Huawei claims increases data speeds by 20 percent compared to non-Type3i devices.
