WishTel reveals ICS-running IRA Thing 2 in India

The latest in line to join the growing list of low-cost Android 4.0 tablets in India is the IRA Thing 2 from WishTel. The 7-inch tablet comes in choices of six colors – black, red, yellow, pink, blue and white and runs Google’s Android 4.0 OS aka Ice Cream Sandwich.

The tablet features a 1.5GHz processor, 512MB RAM and comes with 4GB of internal memory, memory expansion slot up to 32GB, 1.3MP camera, 3000mAh battery and HDMI-out to display full HD content.

IRA Thing 2 also comes with a TV app giving access to over 120 TV channels, E-News app that gives access to 55 multi-linguistic newspapers and support for 14 Indian languages.

IRA Thing 2 is priced at Rs. 6,500 and bundles HDMI cable, wireless headphone and WLAN to USB port cable along with the device.
