Samsung’s latest Galaxy Nexus phone running Google’s Android 4.0 OS is now available in United Kingdom. Retailer Phones4u is selling the device exclusively for a limited time at their Oxford Street store in London. The retailer is holding a special treat for all Galaxy Nexus buyers with a real Ice Cream Sandwich and the first 100 buyers will walk away with a 250GBP voucher that can used to buy movies, music, games etc. for the phone.

For the uninitiated, Galaxy Nexus is the first device to run the latest Android operating system and comes with a 4.65-inch Super AMOLED HD display (1280×720), 1.2GHz dual-core processor, HSPA+ connectivity, a 5MP camera with full HD video recording support, 1.3MP front-facing camera, dual-band (2.4GHz/5GHz) Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, full HD playback support, 16 or 32GB internal memory, Face Unlock and 1750mAh battery.
