Motorola intros Fire XT and Fire smartphones in India

Motorola Fire XT

 

Motorola has announced two new affordable phones for Indian consumers. First up is the Fire XT that runs the latest Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS and features a 3.5-inch display, Moto Switch UI, 3G, 5MP camera, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, microSD card slot, Swype text input and FM Radio. Fire XT will sell for a price of around Rs.12,990.

Motorola Fire on the other hand, adopts a touch and type form factor with a full physical QWERTY and 2.8-inch touchscreen display. Fire features a 3MP camera, 3G support, Wi-Fi, GPS, FM Radio, Bluetooth and more. Motorola Fire will be available for Rs.9,490.
