At an event in Mumbai, Dell introduced the revamped range of Inspiron R laptops. The 14-inch and 15-inch Inspiron R can be given your personalized touch with the changeable lids. The Inspiron R comes in a default black lid but can be stylized with optional lids that can be bought for Rs.1,999. Dell offers 10 different lids to choose from, including an India-specific Mehendi design.
However, the new Inspiron R series is not about aesthetics alone. The range has been refreshed with Intel’s 2nd generation Core i3 or i5 processors. Additionally, the laptop features up to 4GB RAM, Intel HD graphics or option AMD Radeon HD6470M or Nvidia GeForce GT525M, 720p HD display, SRS Premium HD speakers, up to 500GB HDD, Dell Stage UI, Chiclet keyboard, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, eSATA port, HDMI, Ethernet, 8-in-1 memory card reader and 6-cell battery.
The Inspiron 14R pricing starts from Rs.34,300 whereas the 15R starts from Rs.35,300.
