Acer today announced Iconia Tab A500 for the U.S. market and is currently on pre-order on Best Buy. Good thing about the Android 3.0 tablet is that it is one of the cheapest Honeycomb tablets around and decently spec’d as well.

For $449.99, a user gets an 10.1-inch tablet powered by Nvidia’s 1GHz dual-core processor and integrated GeForce GPU that allows HD gaming as well as 1080p video playback. Additionally, the tablet has a 1GB of DDR2 memory, 16GB onboard memory, 2MP webcam and 5MP rear-facing with LED flash, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1, microSD card slot and even an HDMI-out.
