HTC has announced its second Windows Phone 7 device for the Indian market. The Taiwanese maker has teamed up with Tata DOCOMO to sell HTC 7 Mozart that brings the same Hub and Tile interface found in its other WP7 device.

HTC 7 Mozart boasts a unibody chassis, crafted out of a single piece of anodized aluminum and features 1GHz CPU, 3.7-inch WVGA display, 3G support, 8MP camera with Xenon flash, 720p HD video recording, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1, GPS and 1300mAh battery.

The phone will be sold unlocked but Tata DOCOMO subscribers will be eligible to get a special data plan with the phone.

It will sell for Rs.26490.
