In a bid to maintain transparency, Apple today announced App Store review guidelines that tend to give a clear view to developers submitting apps to the App Store. The guidelines are void of legal jargons and good thing is that they are direct, clearly saying what can and cannot appear on App Store.
Another interesting development is the update to iOS Developer Program License. Apple has amended sections 3.3.1, 3.3.2, and 3.3.9 that third-party development tools to create iOS apps, as long as the app created with another tool does not download any code. In short, we might finally see Flash-created apps in the future.
