OLED iPad rumors surface, again

Ready for a new round of iPad rumors? Our favorite Taiwanese gossiper is at it again claiming Apple will launch new iPads with OLED panels. They quote their component makers who say that OLED equipped iPads will have a 5.6-inch and 7-inch screen and could be released as early as Q4 of this year. The smaller sized iPads will supposedly target the e-book market.

There’s no word if the current 9.7-inch iPads will get the OLED treatment but Digitimes notes that Apple will add a new panel supplier of its displays.
