It’s been few hours since iOS 4 went live and here we are with the jailbreak tool from the iPhone Dev team. The updated Redsn0w tool can now jailbreak iPhone 3G and iPod touch 2G devices running iOS 4 to allow you to install 3rd party apps outside the Apple App Store.
The tool is available for both Windows and Mac and comes with a fair ‘beta’ warning, which means you’ll need to organize, reload and update Cydia after successfully jailbreaking from redsn0w.
