Verizon and Google are reportedly working on a tablet

Apple’s success with the iPad has made every company think seriously about the tablet form factor. Now Lowell McAdam, CEO of Verizon Wireless confirmed to Wall Street Journal that they’re also creating a tablet computer with Google.

“We’re working on tablets together, for example. We’re looking at all the things Google has in its archives that we could put on a tablet to make it a great experience.”

Google’s role is unclear at the moment but we think Google’s role could be limited with operating system, which would be Android in this case.

Other details are scarce but we expect more details to be unraveled next week at the Google’s I/O Developer Conference.
