Blackra1n iPhone 3.1.2 jailbreak arrives

Can’t wait for the iPhone Dev team’s jailbreak? Well, here’s blackra1n from Geohot that jailbreaks the latest iPhone OS 3.1.2 giving you the freedom to install 3rd party apps on the new firmware. Its available for Windows right now with Mac version slated to be released soon.

One important thing to note here is that if you’re considering to unlock your device, you should stay away from blackra1n because it updates the baseband and for now, there’s no way to unlock iPhones with the upgraded baseband.
