Great, you purchased a new iPhone so that you can do wonderful things on your device, including watching favorite movies on its 3.5-inch large screen. However, watching movies while holding the iPhone can be tiresome, which is why I want to introduce you to Xtand. Fret not, here is an accessory that lets you enjoy your videos on iPhone without the need to hold it and at a good viewable angle.

Xtand, from Just Mobile is an accessory for your iPhone that holds the iPhone, iPhone 3G or 3GS vertically or horizontally, so that you can adjust the viewing angle. Out of the box, you will find two components of the Xtand; One, the support structure that is a single piece of ‘X’ shaped aluminum, and the stand. You just need to assemble the two structures with the bundled thumb screw.

Build of solid aluminium, Xtand feels and looks premium. It also handles the cable clutter of iPhone while charging to a good extent. The Xtand holds iPhone securely and at the corners are four rubber holders that makes your device fall-proof from the Xtand. Due the rubber grips at the base of the stand, Xtand really holds up well on desk and other flat surfaces.

I have been trying it for a few weeks and good thing to see here is that the back of the iPhone is free from any mark or scratch.

If you’re a frequent traveler or let’s just say, you watch a lot of movies on your iPhone / iPod Touch, this accessory is for you. It goes for around Rs. 2,000 in India.
