fuck this mother fucking piece of shit phone , my asshole works at least once a day which is more than I can say for piece of turd. I’ve had it for two days and had to take it back twice now because it freezes every time I try to do something more than make or receive a phone call

As radical as his review is, I agree with “motorola sucks.” Completely worthless and a waste of your money. Freezes randomly. Most times, a restart is needed once it freezes. Save your contacts to SIM card, because a freeze, restart, or battery removal will delete them. Battery life remains around 6 hours at best. I know, I’ve had two of them. You’d have better luck with a black book and a handful of quarters for a pay phone!

Yep the w450 is junk. I agree with all the accurate reviews about this piece of junk.
I smashed mine into pieces today because i missed important phone calls due to the battery being dead over night.
The battery, phone and it’s software are all junk.
They should recall this phone and release another budget phone like the V3M atleast but this time for t-mobile instead of only verizon getting the v3m. wtf.
I’ve had many freezes and it taking 5 minutes to restart many times also. Dropped calls many times, no signal many times while in good signal area. It seems like someone is using a jammer every time i want to make a fucking phone call also! What is with that? The phone also has it’s ringer shut off often and you will miss phone calls, that is if your battery has a charge for longer than 6 hours and you dont miss your important life changing phone calls due to that issue.

Tough phone? I dont think so. Throw it at the wall and see if you can get it to stick.

That being said, This phone sucks and so does any sim card phone from t-mobile. Also to the jackass named “Chris Slanga” for selling me this piece of shit as he lied to me about how it takes good pictures and has good memory and never any issues.
I will never buy another t-mobile phone if they don’t send me a new phone for free and Motorola should be sued for releasing such a piece of junk *unsafe* product to the public.
*how is this phone suppose to last 10.5 days on standby? LOL. LIES from Motorola!
Sincerely, K.A ( the guy who missed his childs birth today due to dead battery on this fully charged piece of junk w450 )

P.s. They’ve sold this phone for over 10 months , knowing it had the problems. Shows you how much T-mobile cares about its customers. You will get more help on the phone with a stranger than going into a t-mobile store with a handfull of cash.
And , just because t-mobile reps have a GED or High School diploma sure doesn’t mean they are smart or know what they’re talking about. The best thing you can do is switch to a better company and stop supporting criminals.
