When all the mobile handset companies are dreading the mighty Apple iPhone, there is one manufacturer who sees iPhone as a ladder to sell their own pricey phones. The company I am referring to is Nokia and according to its CFO, Rick Simonson, “iPhone will boost consumer appetite for pricier mobile phones with features such as music and video.â€
There is no doubt about that iPhone has been the biggest buzzword since it was unveiled way back in January but hey, it’s only been a buzz. Very few are likely to buy it, says a survey by Markitecture. The biggest concern we can see for consumers is the price of iPhone which will ultimately make way for competitors to offer a cheap and better alternative.
