Panasonic SDHC Card Reader/Writer

After the announcement of version 2 of SD cards, the SDHC ones they have launched a USB card reader and writer for it. The BN-SDCJP3 is a USB 2.0 reader/writer which also supports SD, miniSD, MMC cards apart from SDHC. It weighs 24 grams, measures 42x74x12.5mm and has a reading speed of up to 12MB/s. It will go on sale in Japan from July 22 and expected price is 5000 Yen (US$43).

    OK, but can the reader actually FORMAT a card to SDHC capacity, eg. 16gb, or even 32 or 64gb?
