Xbox Team working on XboxPortable?

Spin the rumor mill again. The Xbox 360 Uncloaked writer, Dean Takahashi claims that after the launch of Xbox 360 consoles, half of the development team has moved to make a portable version of Xbox and the other half is busy trying to keep the production costs down. The Xbox Portable is expected to release halfway into Xbox 360’s lifespan (we don’t know yet, when its gonna come). But we are certain that when MS will launch its portable handheld, many new consoles would come up. And yes, the pic is just an artistic impression.

    I would sell my soul (whats left) for a portable xbox *IF* it was able to play halo 3 and had built in wifi.

    that would be amazing if
    1. it had the same or better graphics as 360
    2. you could download games and could play any 360 game on it
    3. it had good built in wifi for xbl
    4. if it actually looked like that
    i would definitely buy that
