Nokia hinted about this move couple of months back and now they’ve gone official with the transaction. Nokia has decided to sell off its 15-year old head office building in Espoo, Finland for 170 million euros to another company Exilion and lease the premises on a long-term basis.
Nokia’s reasoning for selling is that owning real estate is not a part of Nokia’s “core business” and will sell them off if good opportunities come by.
