Nokia contemplating to sell its Espoo HQ

Nokia is looking to sell its headquarters in Espoo, Finland, according to a report by Reuters. The sale of the headquarters is seen as a way to dispose of the non-core assets.

“We are evaluating different options for non-core parts, such as real estate holdings, and that includes the headquarters,” said spokeswoman Maija Taimi.

The headquarters property is valued at around 200-300 million euros.
