Dual-SIM phones are a rage in emerging markets and Nokia has decided it to tap with their latest C2-03 phone. Nokia says it is their first slider phone to feature dual-SIM functionality and features a hot swap feature, which means you don’t have to reboot when you insert a new SIM card. The phone is capable of remembering up to 5 separate SIM cards so a user will have to adjust its name and calling settings just once.
The Series 40 running C2-03 also features Touch and Type technology that integrates a touchscreen display with the alphanumeric keypad, a new web browser, new Nokia Maps with offline navigation, 2MP camera, microSD card slot and a talk time of up to 5 hours.
The C2-03 is priced at 77 euros and will be available in Q3 2011 in India, China, Southeast Asia Pacific, Eurasia and MEA.
