Looks like Geohot’s famous rap against Sony couldn’t really fire up the hacker. Sony and Geohot have now announced that they’ve reached a settlement in the lawsuit. The intrinsic details of the lawsuit remain under wraps but Hotz has agreed to a permanent injunction.

Hotz had posted security system of the console online and allowed users to jailbreak the firmware, which in turn allowed to play pirated games.
