Just as expected, NTT DOCOMO unwrapped the world’s thinnest Android smartphone in Japan today. Developed by NEC, the MEDIAS N-04C is just 7.7mm at its thinnest point and weighs just 105 grams.
However, a thin form factor does not mean the phone is slouch when it comes to performance. The phone features a 4-inch display (480×854), 3G, 1Seg Mobile TV, infrared-based data exchange, 5MP camera, microSD card slot, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth etc. It will be available in Japan from March 15.
In addition to MEDIA N-04C, NTT DOCOMO also unveiled Xperia Arc SO-01C and Optimus Pad L-06C tablet.
