Since Motorola’s comeback in the mobile phone market, they’ve exclusively made Android smartphones. Now, Motorola’s co-CEO Sanjay Jha has confirmed that they’re open to Windows Phone 7, despite Microsoft suing them for infringing few patents used in their Android devices.

“I am open to finding ways to work with Microsoft but it has to be a compelling offering,” Mr. Jha said.

Mr. Jha also said that Motorola engineers haven’t seen Microsoft’s OS in action but is expecting to be a “rational offering.”
