The good guys over at iFixit has done it again. They’ve taken Apple’s latest gadget under knife to show us the innards for our guilty pleasure. While they’re still updating their teardown, they’ve confirmed that the iPhone 4 does have 512MB of RAM, double than what is present in iPad and iPhone 3GS.
Also, the aluminosilicate glass is made from Corning glass and as reported earlier, the processor is an ARM Cortex A8 manufactured by Samsung and uses the same core used by Samsung’s Wave.
