Adobe has announced that they’ve released their Flash Player 10.1 to mobile platform partners. Flash Player 10.1 is available as a beta on the Android App Store and Adobe will release their final version once users will be able to upgrade their devices to Android 2.2 Froyo. Flash Player 10.1 will also be released to other mobile platforms like Android, BlackBerry, webOS, future versions of Windows Phone, LiMo, MeeGo and Symbian OS.
Adobe says they’ve created the new Flash player from scratch and includes lots of improvements like reduced CPU and power consumption, accelerometer support, smart zooming and more.
